Refunds will only be possible under the following circumstances :-
A 50% deposit is taken when ordering a wedding dress and this is non refundable.
Bespoke items are items that have been designed specifically for the customer with our bespoke service. They may also include special or personal pieces supplied by the customer themselves to incorporate in their design. There is a 50% non refundable deposit on all items. If the customer changes their mind for whatever reason after the design is finished and shipped, they have 14 days to return their item. The customer will only be eligible to a maxium refund of 50% minus the cost of repackaging and shipment fees & card transaction fees (if applicable).
All Other Items
All other items such as headdresses, veils, bouquets and belts must be returned with 14 days from the date of purchase in excellent conditon otherwise no refund will be accepted. The customer will be eligible to a maxium refund of 100% minus the cost of repackaging and shipment fees & card transaction fees (if applicable).
Where known, if the wedding day has already elapsed, then there will be no refund whatsoever.
Some items may come with a security band when shipped. If this band has been removed or tampered with there will no refund possible.
